Returns, Shipping and Other Policies

Thank you for looking over our purchase policies. It is very important to Cook on Clay that you are happy with our transaction and that you love your pot as much as we did making it.

Shipping

We are very conservative packers. You can be assured we have packed your order as carefully as possible. We normally charge an additional $8 fee for packing materials & labor (this is included in your shipping charges), but if your order is a big one, we may need to charge up to $15 for handling. Your order will be shipped out within 10 business days via Fedex or USPS. Please use a physical address for shipping via Fedex. A $12 fee will be charged for an incorrect address, so please make sure you have entered the exact address including St., Ave., Rd., Blvd., Lane, N, S, W, E, Apt.#, etc.

International Customers please contact us directly to inquire about rates.

Gifts

At the time of purchase, please let us know if it is a gift. We can include a note if you would like.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery of purchase. Return costs & safe shipping are the responsibilities of the customer.

Care & Use of Your Cook on Clay Pots

The pots are dishwasher & microwave safe. They clean beautifully with 10 minutes of soaking. Feel free to use any scrub pads, they will not scratch.

Your pot will change with use & over time. This is not only natural, but part of the beauty of your pot. Pots may be used in the oven, under the broiler, on the grill & stovetop all depending on their shape & structure. Please read enclosed instructions for your particular pot. The pots may easily be transferred from hot environment to refrigerator & back again.
